Official Language

The official language of the summit is English. 

Passports and Visas

Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid until September 15, 2024, as passports need to be valid for at least 6 months after exit from Israel.

Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Letter of Invitation

Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the summit.

It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the committee and organizers regarding presentation or financial assistance.

Flights

Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (airport code: TLV).

Climate

Daytime temperature ranges between 18°C and 20°C. Nights are cooler ranging between 9°C to 10°C. There is a possibility of rainfall.

Ground transportation between Ben Gurion International Airport and Summit Hotels

 

  • Taxi Service – The cost for a one-way trip is approximately US$ 88, depending on time of day and number of pieces of luggage. The trip should take approximately 40-60 minutes depending on time of day.

  • Nesher shared transfer service is available from Ben-Gurion Airport. There may be a waiting time as the driver only departs when there are 10 passengers. Rate per person is approximately NIS 70 (US$ 20). There is a “Nesher” information desk at the airport.

  • By train - Trains to Jerusalem are available outside of the Arrivals Hall (Level G) of Ben Gurion Airport at a cost of 18 NIS (approx US$ 5). Lines run every 30 minutes and the journey takes 26 minutes. Please take the train to Yitzhak Navon station and take a taxi from there to your hotel. To access the train schedules please click here.

Please note that buses and trains do not operate from Friday afternoon (approx. 15:00) through Saturday night (resumes at approx. 19:00) for the Sabbath.

​Important Notes

Personal travel, luggage and health insurance are highly recommended. Please purchase this from your local travel agent. The organizers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.
