Summit Venue
The summit will be held at the magnificent Harpa Reykjavik Conference Centre.
Sessions will commence as of the afternoon, Sunday, March 3 and continue
daily until lunch-time, Wednesday, March 6, 2024
Networking Dinner (optional)
The networking dinner will take place on March 5, 2024, at 20:00 in Reykjavik.
Please register via the registration form.
Price per person: US$ 100
Official Language of the Summit
The official language of the summit is English.
Passports and Visas
Iceland is a member state of the Schengen agreement.
We suggest that you check to see if you require a visa.
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the summit.
It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the committee and organizers regarding presentation or financial assistance.
Flights
Participants should book their flights to Keflavik Airport (airport code: KEF).
Climate and Attire
Daytime temperature ranges between 4°C and -2°C.
When attending a conference in Iceland, it's important to consider the country's climate and cultural norms.
Here are some general guidelines for appropriate attire:
Meeting Attire
The GPS recommends weather-appropriate, relaxed business casual attire.
Layers
Iceland's weather can be unpredictable, so it's advisable to dress in layers. Bring a warm jacket, sweater, or fleece that you can easily put on or take off as needed.
Waterproof and Windproof Clothing
Iceland is known for its changeable weather, including rain and wind. Consider bringing a waterproof and windproof jacket to stay dry and comfortable.
Comfortable Shoes
If you plan on exploring the surroundings or walking to and from the conference venue, wear comfortable and waterproof shoes.
Accessories
Consider bringing a hat, gloves, and a scarf, for the walk between your hotel and the Harpa.

Ground transportation between the airport and Summit hotels
The flybus network is extensive and easy to use; at a reasonable rate (around 30 euro).
Check which station you need when purchasing your ticket as there are different stations for the Edition Hotel (Harpa) as for the Marina and the Baron hotels.
There are also fast and reliable taxi services (for pre-booking) as well as designated taxi ranks at the airport.
Before you enter the taxi, it is recommended to ask for the price (should be in the region of 125 euro).

Personal travel, luggage and health insurance are highly recommended. Please purchase this from your local travel agent. The organizers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.
