Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Deadline: January 7, 2024
The Summit Committee is pleased to announce a call to submit abstracts for:

  • Oral Presentations
     
  • Posters
    To follow a sustainable concept, posters will be presented orally in two sessions of "Flash Talks" on Monday and Tuesday. Each presentation should be 3 minutes and will be allowed a maximum of 5 slides.
     
  • POD Talks
    Introducing POD Talks for our 2024 summit!
    Each POD Talk presenter will have 8 minutes to present.
    To apply for a POD Talk, please complete the abstract submission form
    and send us a short video (no longer than 30 seconds) to introduce 
    yourself and the topic you would like to discuss in your talk.

What is a POD Talk?

REVIEW PROCESS

The decision on selection will be made by the scientific committee and their decision will be final. 
Abstract submissions will be reviewed for acceptance based on their scientific merit.
Acceptance of abstracts for the scientific program is dependent on payment of registration fees.

IMPORTANT DATES

January 7, 2024: Abstract submission deadline
January 31, 2024: Notification of the review result
February 9, 2024: Registration deadline for presenting authors. Please note that inclusion of abstracts in the scientific program is dependent on payment of registration fees.


SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Abstracts must be submitted using the online submission link. Please do not fax, mail or email your abstract as it will not be considered.
2. All abstracts must be submitted in English.
3. The names and affiliations of all authors should be included in the abstract.
4. Abstracts are limited to a maximum of 200 words (excluding title and affiliations) and may in addition include up to 3 references. Images and Figures may be included in the abstract but a maximum of 2 may be included in any abstract.
 

ABSTRACT CHANGES

You can edit the abstract up until the submission deadline date.
Keep note of your username and password which will allow you to re-enter the system.
